hi there,

My storage is full and I'm paying for icloud. But still my storage is full. How can i fix that please?

You can add all your photos and files to iCloud and then delete them from your phone. You can also delete apps you don’t need. To see what is taking up your storage, go to settings, general, iPhone storage.

If you have another apple device, open the photos app there and make sure you can see all of your photos from your phone. They you will have to disable iCloud photos on your iPhone.
