Hi my phone is in original Apple condition (IOS11) run fine and the battery it's ok for two day (charge)
Now I'want upgrade to other version 12-13 or 14 IOS.
it's convenient
will i have memory problems?
will these versions slow down my phone?

What phone do you have? There is no iPhone 5SE. An iPhone 5s cannot update past iOS 12.5.5. An iPhone SE can update to iOS 15.0.1.
Go to Settings>General>Software update.
You will need at least 50% battery charge, preferably connected to power, and a WiFi connection to update.
here my iPhone 5SE ( the case it's equal to iPhone 5 the software is iPhone 6)
