Have Apple TV+ Account, but still won't let me stream via browser

I have a current Apple TV+ subscription, but when I try to view content via a web browser (on PC) it restricts my content and keeps asking me to sign up for a free trial. Yes, I'm logged into my account. I can view content just fine on all of my other devices, this is only happening when using a browser. Type of browser doesn't matter, I've tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I don't really want to sign up for a new free trial and then end up in a situation where I get double billed. Any idea how to fix this?

If you are signed in on the browser, with an Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription, then you shouldn’t be prompted to subscribe.

If the issue persists, contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).

You can’t have two Apple TV+ subscriptions on the same account. You can’t sign up for a new free trial with the same account that already had a free trial.
