My husband received an email that he was automatically upgraded to iCloud +. Me on the other hand I’m unable to see the upgrade that was indicated in my email .
iCloud+ is included only in the paid plans for iCloud. If you both share an iCloud plan, then the manager of the plan would be the only person who got the email. You should be able to see if you have it in settings under your name and then iCloud.
