my phone won't work even after I do the volume up and down method. it is stuck on the apple logo. what do I do?

If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo
tells you to connect to a computer as part of the recovery process. Take another look, and if you did do all the instructions then you should arrange a service or repair

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article.
If not covered by warranty and you don't have AppleCare+, you may have to pay full replacement cost for severe damage
