Apple watch water resistance

Apple Watch Series 2 and newer may be used for shallow water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. However, Apple Watch Series 2 and newer shouldn't be used for scuba diving, water skiing, or other activities involving high velocity water or submersion below shallow depth. 

Apple allow to use it to swim = Apple cannot skip the warranty in case of damage for water if was used in this way just with the political excuse of "water resistance". Then they MUST to remove all the water workouts

Yes you can but if for any kind of reason the water will come inside your watch the Apple warranty will be not honored and Apple force you to pay $65 or 65 euro to get a replacement (if you have luck).

All the advertising about use it during surf, swimming are just fake

Then better to don't use it in the water...

Are you sure? I don't think so.. as any product can have fault from production quality. If Apple like to publish the benefit to use the watch in a pool (or till 50 meters) if you will get water problem you cannot skip the warranty in this way.

And if water enters your $15,000 Rolex Submariner, Rolex won't cover that under warranty either.

Water resistant doesn't mean "waterproof".
