The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

When migrating from android to iPhone -

What about the SIM card ? Should it remain in the android ? And iPhone with out the SIM ? Can I use the old Sim (cutting to size ? ) ? when to insert the SIM into iPhone ??

No, both devices don't have to have the SIM card installed at the same time. No, it is not possible to cut a SIM card to fit. You'll need to contact your cellular carrier. They can exchange the SIM card for one that will fit. This does not necessarily mean changing your phone number. Speak to your cellular carrier for details.

You'll need your SIM card in your iPhone. If it's the wrong size you'll need to contact your cellular carrier.
