Keep saying can’t connect to Facebook because safari server can’t be found

From my internet provider. "Atlantic Broadband has become aware of an issue affecting the functionality of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook messenger. If you are having trouble accessing one of these services the issue is on the provider's end and is being worked on. It is not an issue with your Atlantic Broadband internet service." Sounds like the problem is with Facebook

Just after version 15 of Safari was auto downloaded a day or so ago

I have been blocked out of facebook. It says as an error message

that the server can not be found. I can go to any other website with no problem.

Even when I search google for Facebook and use the google link Safari

still blocks me from going to Facebook. Any Ideas?
