iPhone 13 pro

Hi, my new iPhone doesn’t seem to work with anything. All the apps don’t work, safari etc. it keeps blaming it on the Wi-Fi connection but everything else is working fine. Is this common with the new pro? Should I have upgraded something to support the iPhone?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

Hello Bethspen51,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We've reviewed your question and it looks like you are running into some performance issues with your new iPhone. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. Let’s start by taking the following steps, which may help with this unexpected behavior: restart your iPhone, make sure it is up to date and close the affected apps and reopen it.

1. Restart your iPhone

2. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

3. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

As you mentioned that the iPhone identifies issues with the Wi-Fi, it is important that you test on another Wi-Fi network to see if the issues persist. If you have follow-up questions, please let us know. We're here for you. Have a fantastic day!
