When tapping on "Create Link" is it unresponsive or does an error message appear? If you haven't tried yet, let's go ahead and restart your iPhone to see if that helps: Restart your iPhone This can help resolve unexpected behavior.

In addition, are you able to use FaceTime by selecting "New FaceTime"?
