Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are down right now, give it a little while and try again.

Social media apps on my iPhone won't work if I'm not connected to the Wi-Fi So when i’m not connected to the wifi, none of my social media apps will work. This is weird because they used to and very rarely now they will work without wifi. Does any one else have this issue? Is this an apple thing or a me thing? How can I fix it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
