Social apps internet problems

Hey guys,

my phone won’t load any of my social apps, WhatsApp Instagram Facebook etc. other apps are fine like Spotify etc and the safari is fine (writing this) but not matter what I do socials boom.

ive tried turning it on and off, I’ve reset network settings, I’ve checked they’re all green on data roaming. This is happening on both data and wifi…..

can’t anyone help?
