Can not send Exchange email from my iphone

All of a sudden can not send email from my iPhone Exchange account. I deleted account and added back (automatically)

still get error on trying to send

icloud outgoing email not working on iphone 11 pro max. I have been using the mail app since i bought my iphone 11 pro max in Jan 2020. Never had any problems until a week ago. Now, i am not able to send any mail out. I am able to receive but not send. I have even tried third party apps and still the same, not able to send. I can send via icloud on my laptop but not phone. I have searched and tried everything except deleting all from phone and starting over. Any help is apprecitaed
