I removed my Facebook Apps and gave to install it again by free but it don’t let me download fir free because it says that I have to pay fir it

You need a payment method in the App Store even to download free apps. If the app is free you won’t be charged.

I don’t want to pay for it: I’ve been using a Facebook for like 14 years,since 2008 why they ask my Visa card for installing it.
You don't have to pay for it but you do need a credit card on file for apps with in-app purchases.

No one asked you to pay for Facebook. You were asked to have a credit card on file. They are not the same thing.
