Apple Watch pairing incorrect Apple ID/activation lock

I’m trying to pair my Apple Watch which was previously paired with my iPhone 11. Now using my iPhone 13 pro I am unable to pair due to activation lock due to resetting it to un-pair from previous iphone. Now I’m trying to sign in with my Apple ID but it says the password is incorrect.

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 7
