I canceled my subscription but you guys still charge my account

I shan’t to know why I cancel my subscription and I was charge??

I did a free trial then canceled the app before the trial and I’m still getting charged!! The app is called - FindUS GPS cell phone tracker - it’s still charging me even though I don’t have the app at all and saying it renews on 10 November I’m frustrated!!
