iCloud storage full

When I try to pay for more iCloud storage, I am told that my iTunes account has been disabled. How do I remedy that so I can buy more storage?

You will need to contact Apple Support. See instructions in: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
