Closed Captions in FaceTime

Does anyone know if Apple plans to include captioning in FaceTime in a future release? Google Meet and Microsoft Teams already have this feature, but it would be nice to have it in FaceTime as I would use it everyday. Meet and Teams aren't as user friendly as FaceTime. Thanks!

At present, it is not a feature. Visit apple.com/feedback to provide feedback to Apple.
