Which is the only speaker which works on your phone? If you mean what appears to be two speakers on either side of the Charging Port, please note that only one is a speaker. The one to the right is a speaker. The one to left is the microphone.

The other speaker on your phone is at the top of the screen which you listen to phone calls through.
