how to get MyIR Vaccine record into AppleWallet??
trying to upload a digital record of Covid vax and can't get there...

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and we understand wanting to store your health records in Apple Wallet and will explain.
The only records capable of doing that are ones based on the SMART Health Cards specification and this would be done in the Health app: Verifiable health records updates - News - Apple Developer
Here would be the steps if it's supported: Store your verifiable COVID-19 immunizations and test results on your iPhone or iPod touch
