Didn’t receive money
I was sent money and it shows in my text message. I hadn’t opened it yet but it said I had received it. I checked my bank statement and nothing

We understand that you were sent money through an iMessage, and while you haven’t opened the message yet, it also hasn’t shown up in your bank account. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.
You’ll have to accept the money in the message, and you’ll have 7 days to accept the money. The following resource has more details, including how you can set the money to be accepted automatically: Send and receive money with Apple Pay
Once you’ve accepted the money, you can then transfer it to your bank account: Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or debit card
