Burning finger pain after using Mac laptop

I have been using Mac from last 2 years but recently it seems to be getting very hot and my fingers are burning like **** if I touch it..can’t hold the laptop at all as it’s too hot..need to understand if it’s just me who is having an issue..Is there a solution.. I may have to switch to another laptop.

Burning sensation on edge of MacBook Pro When I use my Macbook, I rest mi hand on the front edge of the laptop (close to the trackpad) and always after some minutes I start feeling like electricity or something burning the lower left part of my palm, It even hurts long after I stopped using the Mac. Burning sensation in my finger tips r While using this MacBook I am having a burning sensation in my finger tips. This has affected my work too much. I tried using gloves, external mouse, and keyboard, but this did not help. I have seen others reporting similar problem. I was curious if apple has taken this into consideration?

Macbook Pro 16" Heat Hello I bought a new i9 MacBook Pro 16". I only use it for web browsing and e-mails, however the computer gets very varm to the touch. It is only about 17 degrees in a very well ventilated room and CPU activity is at under 1%, however the computer is running very uncomfortably hot. The upper part of the keyboard is noticeable hot to the touch. So far I'm quite disappointed with the performance as well. Is this enough to warrant a return?

The first thing is to seek some medical attention.

Also start a repair ticket with Apple support using the link in the upper right corner of this page with "laptop gets very hot" so you can have them examine the device.
