If the battery was replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service provider, the guarantee is 90 days. If replaced by anyone else, there is no warranty offered by Apple at all. In fact if anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, replaced the battery, Apple won't touch the phone.
