Had another AppleID years back. I used a university email address when signing up for that AppleID, but am no longer able to get accesss to that email. I have not logged in with that AppleID for years, and now are not able to log in because Apple wanted me to enter information sent to that email address to log in. Forgot what answers i put in for security questions too... HELP!

I had an iPhone a few years ago then went to android now I’m back to apple.
it would take my email saying it was already taken. Set up a new email for Apple ID & can’t access that email so I’m no t able to set up Apple ID
can't get access to the email signed up with Apple ID
