My WiFi provider has told me that WPA2 are not able to connect

My wifi provider has told me that WPA2 is more secure than what I currently have but old devices are not able to connect. I have a 5th generation iPad and a 6 year old wifi printer. Do I risk changing?

WiFi Provider? Are you not using a home WiFi Router that in turn connects to your Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

If you have any devices that do not support WPA2 or higher, you would be well advised to retire these devices. WPA2 should be considered the minimum level of acceptable security WiFi networks.
