Traditional Chinese dictation will convert into Simplified Chinese on Mac OS 11.4

Exact same question as in this post:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252176684

Basically the issue is that - when I use diction to dictate Cantonese (Hong Kong), it will first appear correctly in traditional Chinese, but will automatically change to simplified after diction ends, unless as that thread suggested, I click somewhere before the diction section ends, then it'll keep the traditional characters. But this is a very annoying exercise - it means I can't keep dictating for long, and after clicking somewhere else, it'll insert a space, so when I pick up dictating again, I'll first have to delete that space.

That thread is closed so I can't post there. But the question has not been resolved yet - I'm still having that issue. Would Apple look into this please?
