I just bought an iPhone 13 mini, on the apple tv website it's advertising that everyone who buys the new apple devices are entitled a three months free trial but when I open the apple tv apple it offers me only 7 days trial is that correct? is the offer already finished ? if it is why it is still advertised on the website?

of course I'm using the iphone 13 mini that I bought 2 days ago in an authorised shop in town
The offer is still open and valid for any new purchases. If you ordered online then be aware you would need to have the iPhone as redemption needs to be done on that device. If you continue to have the issue when using the iPhone then contact Apple support.
