I have been getting this error for several days. Is there a simple fix?

Yes, I use outlook at least an hour per day. I mistakenly checked the High Sierra box. Current iOS is Big Sur

Also, I don't have the email at least that I can see, that is trying to resend. Started to download the fix above however not sure if it would help since I can't see the problem email/file..
