The only for those photos to be recovered is from a backup file of those photos that you may have created OR If you have them backed up in iCloud. If you have them backed up on iCloud then you can go to ➔ www.icloud.com and log in with the Apple ID and Password that you used on that old iPhone. Go to the Photos category and check whether they are there.
