Photos icon not on Home Screen what happened how do I get it back

The Photos app icon is in your App Library if it does not appear on your Home Screen(s). You can get to the App Library when you continue to SWIPE LEFT from any Home Screen until you reach it. Once you are in the App Library, then search and find the Photos app. Once found, then TOUCH and DRAG it out of there and place it on your favorite spot of the Home Screen.
