Deleted app listed as linking to my Apple ID in my Apple account management section

I have a app listed as being able to sign in with my Apple ID. Ideleted the app a while ago but when I go to managing my apple account it’s still showing that this app has accesss to my Apple ID. How can I remove it or stop it from linking to my Apple ID? *I’ve even went into the APP Store and looked up the app; no connections are listed between this app & anything with my device or Apple ID.*. Please help😫😓😪

View the apps using your Apple ID

To see a list of the apps that you're currently using with Sign in with Apple and manage your preferences for each one, go to Apple ID settings on your device or sign in to your Apple ID account page. Learn more about Sign in with Apple

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
  2. Tap Password & Security.
  3. Tap Apps Using Your Apple ID.

On your Mac

  1. Choose Apple  menu, then click System Preferences.
  2. Click Apple ID, then choose Password & Security.
  3. Click Edit.

On the web

  1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
  2. Go to the Security section. Under Sign in with Apple, select "Manage apps & websites."
  3. Select Manage.
