I think my iPhone has been hacked

It's a scam. Your phone has not been hacked.

Don't go to that website any more.

I had received and message something like above but it was from apple and I push OK but thats all i did but now I cant do anything with my icloud settings like password and security or subscriptions or media and purchases then it tells me that trusted devices list is not avaiable

what do I need to do and soon as possible
