How do I uninstall iOS 12.5.5

My device updated to the latest software. I need to uninstall the update and go back to iPadOS 14.8. Is this possible?

Sorry, that is not possible.

Any device running iOS 12.5.5 can not run iOS 14.8

Also, any device running iOS 14.8 can not run iOS 12.5.5
