How to turn of Siri suggestions on locked screen?

Hi, since I upgraded to iOS 15, this issue drives me so crazy. Suggestion bar shows up in my pocket or in my hand while I’m jist holding my phone and walk. Sometimes it starts calling someone and I really hate it. If I go into Settings -> Siri and search; I won’t find any “Suggestions on locked screen”. To be clear, if I start to find this by typing in Settings, it shows up (first pic, “Návrhy na uzamčené obrazovce”), but once I click on it and it transports me into “Siri and search” there is no “Suggestions on locked screen” and I just can’t disable that thingy (second pic). Can someone help me? It really drives me crazy so bad.
