If you can't click Done, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID as your iCloud storage plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.

I went into Setting/ICloud/Manage Storage/Change Storage Plan/Downgrade Options/
I try to choose Downgrade 5GB Free and it does not work to change & no option to press "done" There is a red arrow pointing left. Please assist
