Downgrading of iOS

Apple does NOT allow downgrading/reverting to a previous iOS/iPadOS version.

That stated, you will need to search the Internet for the procedures you need

If, IF iPadOS 14.8 is still being signed by Apple, you should be able to still downgrade back to iPadOS 14.8.

Warning,

The procedures you may find, almost always involve completely wiping/erasing your entire iPad.

So, hopefully you made a previous iPadOS 14 data backup as you will NOT be able to use any data backup made from iPadOS 15.

Without any previous data backup, you WILL end up losing all data on that iPad.

Yes, you can still downgrade. While iPadOS 15 is the latest iPadOS, you still have time to downgrade back to iPadOS 14.8.
