jordonMalbrough,

Sorry to hear those steps did not help you restore your contacts. They are valid steps to use to restore contacts that are synced to iCloud. What happened when you walked through those steps? Did you not see dates listed under 'Select an archive of contacts to restore' once you clicked on Restore Contacts?

If you didn't see any options, your contacts might not have been set up to sync with iCloud. Have you checked to see if your contacts are being saved to a personal account that is set up on your device instead? On your device, you can navigate to Settings > Contacts > Default account. This lists which account your contacts get saved under. In Settings > Contacts > Accounts, you can see which other personal accounts you have Contacts turned on for. If you have Contacts turned on for other accounts, we would suggest checking in on those accounts to see if your contacts are there and able to be restored in some way. You might need to ask your email service provider how to do that, though.

Keep us posted if you need more help.

Thanks!

Hi there jordonMalbrough,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you've deleted some phone numbers from your iPhone, and you'd like to know if you can recover them through iCloud. We'd like to assist.

If those phone numbers were previously saved to your Contacts app, and your Contacts app is set to sync with iCloud, you might be able to recover them if you accidentally deleted them.

Check out the steps under 'Restore your contacts or bookmarks from an earlier version' in this article: If you accidentally deleted your calendars, bookmarks, or contacts from iCloud

"Sign in to iCloud.com.

Click Account Settings.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under Advanced, click Restore Contacts.

Click Restore next to the date before you deleted the content.

Click Restore again to confirm. After the restore completes, you'll get a notification on iCloud.com and an email to the address on file with your Apple ID."

Best regards.
