If you have already tried to log in using your Apple ID multiple times, and you get a spinner or some loading icon, it’s likely something in the software may not be functioning properly.
If you haven’t already, try going into your settings and attempt a simple restart, this will NOT delete any personal data.
If you have tried to restart the Apple TV, you may want to try to reset the Apple TV. This option will delete ALL data and start the Apple TV as new.
If you get to the last step and the issue persists, contact Apple Support via chat or phone, would not recommend visiting the store for this issue.
