Delete and start again.. Sorry.. but that is the only fix.
Using Big Sur sadly seems to make this error rather frequent.. if you haven't previously erased your Time Capsule disk that is well worthwhile.. do backup any other files you may have on it using archive ... that means plugging a USB HFS+ formatted drive into the TC and waiting the day or so it takes..
Then just erase.. if the TC is old do a full erase to make sure the disk is not damaged. It will take another day or so..
Erase options
Quick erase will merely delete the indexes and not do any testing.
Zero out data will write 0's to every sector and testing they are readable.
