Battery replacement

do I need to make an appointment at an apple store to replace my iPAD battery ?

Yes, you need to make an appointment if you want to be seen and taken care of in a reasonable time frame.


Note however, Apple doesn't actually replace batteries in iPad. For $99, they give you a refurbished device of the same mode and memory as you have, which is indistinguishable from brand new.
