Hello ~ Are you the original owner or have you purchased second hand? If you are the original owner and have just forgotten your passcode …take a look here:


If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support


If you purchased second hand and have encountered the activation lock …you have a problem. If this is the case you will need to contact the previous owner to have the activation lock removed. You can also ask for a refund from the person / business you purchased it from. If you cannot contact the owner and have it removed you will never be able to activate this device. If you can contact the person you bought it from and they cannot/ will not remove the lock …neither anyone here or Apple can help you unlock it. Take a look here for more info and pay close attention to *Check for Activation Lock before you buy a device from someone else* in link below :


Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


If you cannot unlock the device with steps above…please recycle it responsibly.
