An iPhone 6 cannot be upgraded beyond 12.5.5, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run a newer iOS.

If you need to update iOS then you need to buy a newer iPhone.

Your old iPhone 6 cannot update past iOS 12.5.5.

The hardware is not compatible for newer iOS updates.
