Why there is no VoLTE option to enable in my iPhone 7?

I am using iphone 7 and i want to use VoLTE network and here is VoLTE service providing by our network carrier Nepal Telecom MCC code is 429 01

Serial Number: C7***G6W

2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
