OS11 Apple has removed the ability to easily make bootable backups.

just move form OS10.15 to OS11 and discovered that Apple has removed the ability to easily make bootable backups.

And there is the problem.  Does anybody know of a way to deal with this?  I always like to have a bootable backup, just in case…
