You may have confused us:

  • The article from which you came supports the expensive desktop Mac workstation, the Mac Pro.
  • Your equipment line shows a MacBook Pro notebook Mac.
  • Notebook Macs do not have video cards.

So in what Mac model and sub-model (the part with a year) are you trying to upgrade or identify the graphics hardware?

The 2012 Mac Pro desktop that came with a 5770 1GB card will support Mojave but no higher. It is unclear if the 5770 card that shipped with the 2010 Mac Pro desktop supports Metal graphics, the requirement for Mojave.

A database of graphics cards shows dozens of variants of the 5770 over several years so that was not a lot of help:

If you have a Mac Pro desktop, you will do much better by asking in the Mac Pro forums;
