My system is not downloading the latest version of python upon request. How do I solve this?

For anyone to be able to answer your question, you need to list the steps you are taking to download and install Python and explain what specifically is going wrong.
Clicking the link for the Mac installer for Python 3.10 at the Python site downloads the installer for me.
