I work with logic pro x 10.6.1. I saved my track yesterday and today after opening the project, some midi instruments recorded went out of tune after some seconds of playing. I am wondering if the something is wrong with my sound engine.
I went on to open other projects and this is also happening to almost all the projects on my computer.
What can I do to fix this?

There is a high chance your sample rate settings of your soind card and your Logic project don''t match.
Check in Logic : Project settings > Audio > General > Sample Rate
And at your sound card.
