Cant use laptop or iTunes but disabled my iphone how can I please get it bk on .. anyone help me

Your only option to re-enable your disabled iPhone is to connect it to a computer to restore it. If you don't have one available, see if a friend or relative can help you out. Alternately, pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance with this matter.
