I just updated to Mojave 10.14.6 but Safari is at 12.1.2 how can I update Safari to 14.1.2 ?

iMac, macOS 10.12

After updating, I looked again for more updates and there was the missing Safari update and a security update. No idea why this didn't install with the OS update however all is now OK
