The screenshot is helpful, but you didn’t mention any troubleshooting you have tried prior to reaching out, so we’ll start at the beginning. Have you used the Music app on this iPhone before? 


What is the iOS version installed? That’s found by going to Settings > General > About. Have you tried to Restart your iPhone yet?


Take a look at If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.  It has some good steps you will want to try.


Do you have any other devices signed in with your Apple ID, and if so, can they access Apple Music?
